Anjugam remake of Telugu movie Amaravathy
Amaravathy’, a Telugu film starring Sneha, Bhoomika, Ravibabu and Tarak, is all set to speak in Tamil. The dubbing version of the movie, titled ‘Anjugam’, will hit cinema halls in Tamil Nadu soon. The Tamil version is produced by Sathish Film Corporation.
Directed by Ravibabu, who is also in-charge of story and screenplay departments, the movie has music by Sekar Chandra and cinematography by Sudhakar Reddy.
‘Anjugam’ is a crime thriller. The plot is about a dashing Special Task Force officer investigating a series of mysterious murders in the city. The performances of Sneha and Bhoomika will add value to ‘Anjugam’, say sources
Meanwhile, the music of Sneha’s long-pending film ‘Vande Matharam’, starring Arjun and Mammootty in lead roles, will be launched today. The movie is directed by Aravind T and produced by Henry is expected to be released soon.
Vande Matharam’ movie will be released on July 15
Megastar Mammootty’s film Vande Mataram, also staring Arjun and Sneha in the lead roles will be released in 350 centres in Kerala and Tamil Nadu on July 15.
The action-packed patriotic movie was made over last three years. It took 100 days of shooting and ten schedules to complete the movie. The film is being produced by Pankaj Pictures Henry, who had already given two hit movies Yavanika and Marumalrchi with Mammootty. T. Aravind has directed the movie.
The supporting roles in the movie are played by Malayalam actors Kalabhavan Mani, Jagadish, late Rajan P Dev, Jai Akash and Atul Kulkarni. The music of the film has been composed by D. Immam and Rajesh Yadav has done the camerawork.
The shot taken inside Chennai central jail is the highlight of the movie along with a patriotic song ‘Vande Matharam’, crooned by ten playback singers. Time Ads is distributing the film in Kerala, which will be released in 90 screens.
Senha says that Advertisements are very creative stuff
The smiling beauty Sneha who is showing interest to be a brand ambassador of top consumer products says “Advertisements are very creative stuff and I am enjoying doing them. It takes a lot to win over people in less than a minute.”
The heroine says that she is much impressed with the creativeness shown by ad-film directors but she is not interested in directing any commercial ads.
Shifting everyone focus towards the films, the actress says “I want to don varied roles and don’t want to be typecast.
Importantly, I am looking for good characters.”
Currently, she is playing a lead role in the films such as ‘Bhavani’ ‘Vidiyal’ and ‘Vande Mataram’.
